3-20177/5560 - 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Country house in Pinoso

Description

We are proud to offer for sale, this lovely quaint 2 bedroom traditional country home, boasting 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor), large terrace from the upper floor, and views across the mountains.

The house is an old country house, kept in great condition, with it's own parcel of land, with a carport, storage room and enclosed satellite dish house.  The main house has a good sized kitchen, coutryard, dining area, bedroom and living room, with stairs leading to the upper floor, with a large landing, a further bathroom and bedroom.  Back to the outside, there is a private drive leading the garden, and a good sized garage.  With mains water, electricity and a septic tank, this is an ideal lock up and leave.  The overall condition is great, with scope to personalise if you wish, but it's in great key-ready condition.

On the outskirts of Pinoso, with a small bar in walking distance, and only around 4km from Pinoso town centre, and a good access via tarmac for all bar the last 300m (which is gravel but in good condition).

The house feels very private, even though there are houses around it, nothing overlooks the house at all.

This is a great bargain for the money - and well worth a visit.
