3-19601/5541 - 6 Bedroom 4 Bathroom Country house in Sax

Description

We are very proud to offer for sale this large, 3 storey main house with a further large 2 storey wooden house (with tiles roof).  Each property has it's own escitura and land, so these could be split in the future, if required, or rented out on a long term basis.

The main house (250m2 plus 60m2 terrace) greets you as you enter the top gates (the bottom gates lead to the super large garage, but the owner doesn't currently use these gates).  From here, you are presented with a large tiled pool, well kept mature gardens, terrraces and covered areas.  This is the perfect idyllic country retreat.

As you enter the main house, you are met with an entrance hall where you can go down to the basement area, which is bright and airy, and could easily make a futher annex if desired, as it has a bedroom, laundry room, kitchen, living room and full bathroom.  It aslo benefits from large glass doors to the outside, letting in plenty of natural light.

Back to the ground floor, you are presented with the main living room, with full height, and a balcony from the upper rooms.  This is an impressive room, with arches, a twisted column, large fireplace and plenty of natural light.  There is hot and cold air-con in this room, and all the bedrooms.  The kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom are also on this level.  The stairwell leads to a further floor with an extra two bedrooms and family bathroom, completing the main house.

Back outside, there is a pathway to the second house, a wooden constructed home with tiled roof (120m2 plus covered terrace of 18m2), also boasting 2 storeys, with a large kitchen living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and stairs to a study, which could be made into a further bedroom if required.  This house is unusual, as, with the tiled roof, the house is cool in the summer, and warmer in the winter.

Both properties benefit from double glazed windows, are in great condition, and ready to welcome the new owners.
