Description

We are pleased to present this impressive, fully renovated, Village House which is situated in the village square, overlooking the gardens in a quiet village just 2 kms from the popular town of Pinoso.
The house has been completely renovated, some internal work is still to be done, but this does mean there is still time to choose the finishes etc.

You enter the house via the main door into a large living / dining room with double aspect windows and high ceilings, the room has many features including the original metal posts and some other character finishes.
From the living room a doorway leads into the large kitchen / diner with lots of light from the windows facing onto the exterior patio area. Also from the living room is a hallway leading to the bathroom and on to the stairs to the first floor. From the hallway there is a door to the outside patio where you can find sun or shade for all of the day, another door leads outside to the side of the house, convenient for bringing in the shopping etc.

Upstairs there is a large landing area that could easily be made into a fourth bedroom or office space, doors lead into two double bedrooms with windows to the front of the house and high beamed ceilings. Also from the landing is a third double bedroom with a window to the rear and overlooking the patio area.
Laslty , there is a door from the landing into the bathroom and another out onto the terrace overlooking the quiet village square and a store room.

The house has lots of character but with the benefit of a complete renovation, ideally located in the centre of a pretty village and only a few minutes drive away from Pinoso town , where you have all the everyday amenities plus lots of place to eat and drink, a 24 hours medical centre, shops and banks etc, great sports facilities , petrol station and several bodegas plus much more. Viewing is highly recommended , especially if you would like to choose the finishes inside the house, which is due to be completed by the end of June. There is also a possibility to buy a piece of land ( just behind the house) to make a garden or even install a pool, please ask us for more information.
