The back fence, which has a wide rear gate, is screened by oleander trees, which produce a profusion of colourful flowers during the Summer months. Towards the back of the garden is a gem of a Summer house, which is open on three sides and is a perfect, shaded haven for hot, Summer days. There are two further, detached, single storey villas, each of which has 4 double bedrooms. They were built approximately 40 years ago.
